Cancellation Policy
Here at Vera Lux, my goal is to create a relaxing, high-quality experience for every client. To keep appointments running smoothly and ensure everyone receives the time and attention they deserve.
To respect the time of both our clients and our business, all appointments canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service total.
No-shows and same-day cancellations will also be charged 50% of the booked service.
