Cancellation Policy
Here at Vera Lux, my goal is to create a relaxing, high-quality experience for every client. To keep appointments running smoothly and ensure everyone receives the time and attention they deserve.
To secure your appointment, a 30% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit goes toward your total service cost and confirms your spot.
If you need to reschedule your appointment, your deposit can be transferred to your new appointment date.
If you choose to cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, the deposit will be forfeited and is non-refundable. No-shows will also result in a forfeited deposit.
Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you’re more than 10 minutes late, your service may need to be adjusted or rescheduled, and the deposit will not be refunded.
I completely understand that emergencies and unexpected situations happen, and I always appreciate communication as soon as possible so we can work together to find the best solution.
