To secure your appointment, a 30% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit goes toward your total service cost and confirms your spot. If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 48 hours in advance to transfer your deposit to a new date. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice or no-shows will forfeit the deposit. Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you’re more than 10 minutes late, your service may need to be adjusted or rescheduled, and the deposit will not be refunded.
